Galaxy Zoo classifications for MaNGA galaxies

With the recent release of Galaxy Zoo DECaLS (GZD, Walsmley et al. 2021), we updated the DR15 MaNGA morphology catalog to include additional information from recent iterations of Galaxy Zoo. This VAC contains separate catalogs for classifications based on different imaging programs:

• Galaxy Zoo 2 (based on SDSS imaging) classifications for as many of the the DR17 MaNGA galaxies as possible (96%; note that this include some classifications not in the DR15 file)
• Galaxy Zoo DECaLS: classifications for 3,620 DR17 MaNGA galaxies based on DECaLS imaging using a collaboration between citizen scientist voting and machine learning
• Galaxy Zoo UKIDSS: classifications for DR17 MaNGA galaxies with UKIDSS imaging (1,669)

Please note that this DR17 catalog only contains classifications for MaNGA galaxies which were observed in the final (DR17) sample: please refer to the DR15 catalog (available here) to find Galaxy Zoo 2 (based on SDSS imaging) classification for most other MaNGA target galaxies. The Galaxy Zoo Data Site hosts links to access all publicly available Galaxy Zoo classifications.
